This is a hotshoe mount that attaches to the back of a computer monitor.
I use it in conjunction with a [GorrilaPod Arm Smart](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LYPGW1K) to mount an [Anker C200 webcam](https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerConf-Microphones-Adjustable-Correction/dp/B09MFMTMPD).
To attach the hotshoe parts together, in needs 3mm threaded inserts and 2 x 3mm machine screws.
It assumes the monitor has a gentle curve on the back and attaches with 2-sided adhesive. The monitor I attached it to is a [Dell G3223Q](https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-5400-Touchscreen-Computer/dp/B0B1319VJ4).
