Monitor mounted cat ear speakers

I only included the model for the left ear. To get the right ear, simply mirror the model in the x-axis in the slicer. This should fit any 3 inch speaker. The particular ones I used were these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0751BDJZX.
I soldered the wires to the speaker and hooked them up to an external amp. I made a knot after running the wires through the hole at the bottom of the speaker so that the wires don't tug on the solder joints directly. You'll need to drill your own screw holes depending on the speakers you use.
