Monitor Pole Mount for Articulating Lamp

I needed to stabilize my desk light more from my monitor pole (36mm diameter) so I remixed the cable tie version of the mount to add some stability to my lamp.

I also affixed 2 small double sided sticky foam pads to add extra stability.
