Hi everyone!
Here is a model for PLA stands to make a monitor riser.
-> I designed these pieces in an "Eiffel Tower" style.
-> I made a slightly conical slot, which creates a self-locking system (the more you push the board in, the more it locks in place).
-> It is designed for a board that is 160mm wide and 18mm thick. In my case, it's varnished MDF.
-> To ensure it holds securely, I added holes to screw the board in place (4x PZ2 screws, 3.5mm diameter x 20mm length) and washers.
-> The design is clearly oversized, but I wanted to make sure it holds firmly.
Printed at 0.24mm thickness on my Ender3 V2 Neo with PolyTerra PLA
Adaptive Cubic Infill at 30% density
Made on "Onshape" web software
