Monoprice Bowden Adapter

I had my bowden clip on the extruder broken, and could not find a replacement. However I was able to remix this adapter to fit the assembly.

Updates:
V2: Fixed the larger that opening was leading to a smaller one, making filament insertion difficult.

Parts needed:

Modifications:
- The groove mount on monoprice is 9mm/8mm
- The M10 thread is replaced with M6

Print notes:
- Try 60% or higher infill if the piece breaks (there is a lot of stress on it), or ABS
- Do not overtighten the bowden screw. It also causes breakage
- Have a spare

It fixed my Monoprice MP10, and I wanted to share with others who could run into a similar issue.
