Monoprice Cable Tie Mount

Ordered some of the hook and loop cable ties from monoprice with mounts that seemed to say they'd fit, but had to cut down the straps a bit to make them work. Designed a quick mount that fits the full strap, item 6457 on monoprice.

v2 - Cut off excess plastic on back end and added two 3mm holes for optional mounting other than double stick.
