This version has an opening on the top with a screw-on cap to put the battery and electronics inside. The PCB I've made and the Arduino code is also provided.

I made the lamp to automatically turn on with a button press and to stay on for an hour. It will then automatically switch off. I will switch on again on the same time next day.

I printed the both sides of the moon separately and glued them together using epoxy.
The battery holder and the screw in cap I glued together as well.

UPDATE: Edited the Arduino code to support a ON cycle of 1-4 hours.
