This version has an opening on the top with a screw-on cap to put the battery and electronics inside. The PCB I've made and the Arduino code is also provided.
I made the lamp to automatically turn on with a button press and to stay on for an hour. It will then automatically switch off. I will switch on again on the same time next day.
I printed the both sides of the moon separately and glued them together using epoxy.
The battery holder and the screw in cap I glued together as well.
UPDATE: Edited the Arduino code to support a ON cycle of 1-4 hours.
Materials for the ELECTRONICS:
• ATtiny85 Board or standalone SPO8 chip
• DS3231 Real Time Clock Module for Arduino 3,3 V/5 V: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/32464558997.html
• 18650 Battery
• 1S charging module: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000143432891.html
• 1W white LED and 100R Resistor
• Tact button
• Some SMD parts if you want to build my PCB. See EAGLE files for components
