This is a map of the moon, size 140 mm x 140 mm x 3 mm (size can be easily adjusted in Bambu Studio). The major features that can be seen with the naked eye are labelled. The labels are the Latin names. “Mare” is “Sea” in Latin. Where the remainder of the name cannot be easily deduced, the English translation is given. So Mare Imbrium is Sea of Rain. Mare Tranquillitatis is Sea of Tranquility. Oceanus Procellarum is Ocean of Storms. Craters just have the name. In addition, the Apollo 11 landing site is marked. The print takes about 15 hours with a 0.2 mm nozzle. A 0.4 mm nozzle is much faster and produced a legible print, but the quality is noticeably better with the 0.2 mm nozzle. I had some trouble with adhesion at the corners, even on a freshly soap-scrubbed bed. I used hairspray for the successful model. I've also designed a stand for the lithophane. This was uploaded separately (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1160352-lithophane-stand-for-140-x-140-x-3-mm#profileId-1166415).
