Moonlamp base

This is a base for the [Moonlamp](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5557898) project by JvPeek.
It includes three additions to the original project. A base, a base cover and a diffusion ring for the Leds within the Moonlamp.
Since I did not modify the original Moonlamp the base is designed to require the additional thickness of the diffusion ring.
I also added a 12 volt socket to allow for power to enter the base easily and cleanly.
