More Carcassonne Boxes

A few more carcassonne boxes for expansions/mini expansions.

A box with a section for 10 tiles (with clearance), and an additional 10mm gap will be defined like this:
sections = [(10 * tiles + clearance), 10*mm];
columns = 1;
