More secure drawstring/bungee lock clasp

The clasp in the original design easily falls out. In addition, the clasp doesn't have a strong grip on the cord so it slips easily when trying to secure heavier loads. Lastly, the "handle" part is too small which makes it difficult to open the clasp. This remix fixes all of these issues.
