This washer allows you to change the 22+ honda grom garnish washers into a quick release system using 1.25" OD quick latches that require a 3/4" mounting hole with 6mm studs. It is designed to accommodate 2 Flanged, M2 x 0.40 mm Thread Size, 4 mm Installed Length heat set inserts per washer and 18-8 Stainless Steel Thread-Locking Socket Head Screw, M2 x 0.4 Mm Thread, 8 Mm Long and 316 Stainless Steel Washer For M2 Screw Size, 2.2 Mm Id, 5 Mm Od to retain the washers in the shrouds. You will need to stop 1 print early or use the template so you can drill the second hole in your shrouds to attach these. If you don't want to attach them or modify your shrouds you can skip the hardware and simply drill and tap the stays and clips. Just print 12 washers for use with the latches. Insert the nut into the washer and screw in the latch from the underside. Use your palms to press the nut into position. Unscrew the latch and install in the washer using your palm to grip the surface of the latch
