Makes
Designed to be close to the original Mosquito size and shape. I don't have all of the original dimensions so some of it was guess work.
The engine was too tight of a fit. I adjusted the inside to 13.5 mm and the outside diameter to 14.5 mm.
Made using TinkerCAD
Printed on Photon Zero with supports on the bottom of the body tube, launch lug, and two supports near the bottom of each fin. I tried to print without the fin support but because of how small the surface area is on the build plate one of them did not stick.
Care needs to be take when removing from the build plate, it's very thin (light weight).
Can't wait to launch it! Will likely disintegrate from the recovery blast.
I launched it this past weekend and it took off very well, about half way up I lost sight of it and never saw it again. Used an A10 the first time, reprinted and launched with a 1/4A engine, the launch was successful but the rocket was in 3 pieces when I found it.
