motor mounted winch for FTC

This is a winch that we designed for pulling up a glyph grabber for FIRST FTC Relic Recovery. It has a hole through the middle for tying off the string. It uses a 0.77 inch hole pattern to match Actobotics components.

A complete assembly includes two flanges and one cylinder.
