This thing is a stand to test the performance of different combinations of motors, propellers and batteries used in model aircraft like quadcopters. The stand is intended to be used with a digital scale to measure the thrust produced by the motor. Thrust is measured as the motor forces the probe of the stand down on to the digital scale.
