This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:111272. Added some textures to where the part touches the throttle for a better grip and still can be easily deactivated.

Tested on my V-Strom and my friend's YS250. Worked great.

Added SolidWorks file if you want to play with it.

I prefer PETG for these applications, feel free to use whatever rocks your boat.
