Tired of spinning spinning tops to amuse your (grand)children?
This spinning top is XL-size and can be nicely decorated (with ducks and a frog on this one).
Four screw holes are already present. A round headed nail in the contact spot will help to reduce friction. A rubber ring at the end of the shaft takes care of good contact.
With a small toy motor, powered by a 9 volt block cell, you make it spinning quite fast, it spins for a long time and, more importantly, your kids like to spin this toy themselves, even the very young ones.
