Mount for Halfords dashcam

The Halfords (UK) dashcam as originally supplied comes with a vacuum based sucker to hold it to the inside of the windscreen.
While mine worked fine for a few years it eventually started failing on a regular basis until it was no longer usable.
I tried a few solutions such as double-sided tape and a shim to increase the curvature of the sucker diaphragm, all to no avail.
My solution has the correct shaped hole for locating the adjustment screw and radial teeth for holding at the desired angle.
Use double sided tape to stick it to the inside of the windscreen.
