Mount Macropad with rotary encoder

This is a top mount case macropad for hand wiring to a atmega32u4 usb c promicro with a EC12 rotary encoder. Screws are #2 x 1/4, 4 for the plate, 1 for clipping in the promicro, and 4 for the case. 4 2.5mm ID x 1.5mm o-rings for mounting plate to top case
