I designed these fork mounts to store our mountain bikes tightly in my van for road trips. I wanted something convenient and quick for storing.

There are 3 sizes:
-109x20mm
-109x15mm
-99x15mm

It would be easy enough to change the width if your axle is either 15 or 20 mm diameter.

I have done a couple 32hr total driving roadtrips with these. After a couple modifications they seem solid now. The odd shape is because I had to add extra material for strength after. As I'm still learning Fusion 360 I did it the easiest way I knew how.

I accidentally printed them at 20% previously. 1 is still going strong but another one was too thin on the lowest curve and eventually split since the layers were barely making contact.

2024-03-29 - previously I thought infill was strength. I would increase the wall count if I needed these stronger now. 20% infill is nornally find for most things, then adjust wall thickness for strength. 3-4mm should be lots for these.
