Print in place mouse trap door. The door is printed in place and does not require any hardware to attach the door to the frame. Print the file then open and close the door multiple times until the door swings closed easily. The more you open and close it the easier it will close.
When the door is mounted to a vertical surface it will close with gravity because the door and hinge are angled 15°. I mounted the door to a plastic bread keeper container with machine screws.
To install:
Hold the door up against the surface you want to mount it to. Make marks through the 4 square holes in the corners. This is the area that needs to be cut out of your surface for the door to swing open. After you cut the square opening use the 4 round holes in the corners to mount the door with screws.
When a mouse pushes the door open and walks through it will automatically close with gravity. A small amount of peanut butter can be applied to the door to attract the mice and entice them to enter
