Support for mouse wheel mechanism.
Has scroll encoder and a wheel button. There are spaces in the base for wiring.
This is a part of bigger project that im working on to integrate the mouse functions into the keyboard, so the biggest use for this is to mix it with your other projects to add an option for scrollwheel.
Pretty useless on its own I think, though very useful as a part of the project.
