When I upgraded to an E3d V6 nozzle, the nozzle was sitting about 2mm higher than the standard MP Select Mini V2 Nozzle.
This is to shift the standard fan and duct by 2mm so that the bottom of the duct is sitting slightly above the nozzle so that it doesn't scrape against the bed/printed part.
This will replace the two metal springs which hold the fan and duct on as standard.
