This is a box for a MP3, FM, Bluetooth Player, 75x50mm OD. as shown in the pictures. The player can be found on Ebay, for ~$10, and it plays many music formats, FLAC, MP3, etc. It has AUX in on the front and both USB and SD slots for media memory. It runs on 12 volts (8-15)and comes with a remote control suitable for automobile use, but can be used with home stereo amp. Note some players do not come with wires.
