I'm getting ready to build a MPCNC Primo and got to the point that I had to cut the conduit. I don't know of any cleaner way to cut pipe than a tubing cutter. But that so sucks to do.
I cut mine with a chop saw. That leaves burs and such that will fray and cut the wires eventually. So I made these bungs to keep that from happening. You will still need to clear out any obstructions, I suggest a deburring tool they're pretty cheap and are golden when you need one.
This is for 3/4 conduit (the 23.5mm version of the MPCNC) they should have a slight pressure fit. I've included a step file in case you need to resize it.
The ID (Insider Diameter) of conduit does vary slightly so don't be surprised if some fit better than others. I've included pics of them seated and a pic of a deburring tool for those that are unfamiliar.
I added another version. Its taller, fits tightly and has a slight taper.
