MPCNC Cut Rigid Z Mod

This part was just a little too large for my PrintrBot Simple (wood version) with a 100mm x 100mm x 100mm print space. The part is cut down the middle and two pins added for alignment. The halves were super glued together. My MPCNC has been working for a few months now cutting everything from MDF, Acrylic, Aluminum, and a successful two sided PCBs.

If your printer bed is large enough to print the part in one piece, I recommend you used Allted's part linked above.

In the STL all parts are arranged to fit in the print space. No support is needed. I have also included the 123D file I used.
