MPCNC Dustshoe

Das ist mein Z-unabhängiger Absaugschuh für die Mpcnc Primo.
Die Millimeter angaben sind ist das Mitte-Mitte Maß von der Spindle und dem Absaugrohr.
Für die Montage werden 2 m3x6mm Schrauben mit Mutter, für die Halterungen und eine m4x6mm mit selbstsichernder Mutter, für den Absaugschuh, benötigt.
Alle Teile lassen sich ohne Support drucken. Beim Absaugschuh muss man dann das Loch für das Rohr freischneiden und die Bürsten für den Fräser einschneiden.
Den Schuh kann man um 120` wegdrehen um an den Fräser zu kommen.
Der Innendurchmesser vom Rohr ist 36mm

This is my Z-independent Dustshoe for the MPCNC Primo.
The MM in the files are the center to center distance from the spindle to the tube.
You will need to m4x6mm and tow Nuts for the Pipeclamps and one m4x10mm with a locknut for the Shoe.
All parts print without Support. You just have to cut the Strings from the bridgeing on the Shoe.
You can turn the shoe 120´ to reach the Endmill.
The inside diameter from the Tube is 3
