MPCNC RotoZip SS355 Tool Mount

I've used one of the newer "Tough" PLA blends, but ABS might be a better choice.

The tapers on the Rotozip tend to make the tool want to ride up, because of this we use the depth stop clamping bolt to hold the tool into the lower mount. The upper clamp secures the tool and keeps it perpendicular.
