While trying to level my MPCNC, i found that the connections to the Z legs would slip a bit.
I was constantly measuring and making adjustments. I must have not cut the corner legs to the exact same length. I even cracked one of the feet tightening it.
I printed out a spacer so my measurements were consistent but i still had to loosen and tighten that helped but i still had to check from time to time.
What i needed was a permanent solution so i didn't have to worry abut it anymore.
I created a Z Axis 'Leg' spacer that clips onto the conduit that i don't remove.
I do not remove these spacers.
Now i know that all 4 legs are of equal length,
If for some reason, one of my corners is lifted up, i just tap it back down.
Knowing that all MPCNC's are not created equal, i included the Fusion 360 sketch so you can model the length of your choosing.
I made this for only the US Conduit size
