MPSM Spool holder with spindle

I've looked at a bunch of different options for a low friction spool holder for the Monoprice Select Mini, and jthiller's design is the best I've found. Most of the others take a long time to print, and the ones that have bearings in fixed positions only work with certain types of spools. This one prints quickly, works great, and supports every spool I have.

The holders that snap onto the stock support are unmodified from jthiller's design. I added the spindle which I'm pretty happy with. It's just the right length, has spacers to keep the spindle from rubbing on the bearing, and a flange to keep the spool from rubbing on the bearing or the holders.
