Mr Tickle

Another Mr Men, this time Mr Tickle! Rather than trying to print this as one object with supports it seemed far easier to separate each of the more awkward elements.

Sorry for the gap in the left arm in the original model, this was an error I had fixed but the old file had been uploaded. Anyway it's fixed now and the broken one removed.
