Mt Fuji

Presenting my first-ever 3D print of Mount Fuji—a mesmerizing terrain model crafted from high-resolution elevation data! The model showcases Mt. Fuji’s iconic symmetrical cone, intricate slopes, and surrounding landscape, all brought to life with delicate, breeze-like contour layers running majestically from summit to base. Printed in bright white filament, the crisp texture highlights every geological nuance, while the bold black frame (borrowed from this excellent model: https://makerworld.com/models/1231584) gives it modern definition and makes the terrain pop. To achieve a fine, smooth surface, I used a 0.12 mm layer height and enabled ironing, which effectively minimized visible polygons for a more realistic topography. The final print size clocks in at 159.5 mm—making it a flawless fit for any 160 mm frame, including the stylish frame included in the referenced model.
