MT3608 Micro USB DC-DC boost case

I wanted the chip to sit a little more snug so I added a support below the chip (with open sections for where there is soldering) and added a small clip to keep the micro-USB port in place.

I also made the cable hole slightly bigger to fit more cabling through so that I can have a selection of connectors.
