mug lid

Mug lid design for a mug with 78 mm inner diameter. Printed with PLA for trial. It is hard to remove supports and have a sliding cover. After pouring hot water the lid loosened and become useless. Hope I can find a suitable material to print with. For the oring I tired TPU-95 (it was most probably something else) but it was still too thigh. Enjoy the design and leave me any comments or suggestions, and thanks in advance.

I printed a PETG version, it works with hot water but there is a leakage problem even with a tight o-ring.
