Multi-Axis Fidget Spinner

I wanted to print and give away some fidget spinners at a conference I attended.

I saw the idea from walter for the Air Spinner, but ended up creating it all from scratch myself so I could make the center piece big enough to put a graphic on.

Should print just fine and tolerances are pretty tight, but it makes it so they don't rattle a lot while it spins.
