Weight is 1.65 grams approx. Body size 14x14x7mm excluding hose barb and electrical contacts protruding. Brief Info below , please see the READ ME 1ST - MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH INFO.pdf for full Specs and Details. 1. The switch is made up of only 8 simple parts, 2 of those parts are identical [ The adj screws & the lower and upper contacts ] and are used twice so only 6 individual parts need to be manufactured. 2. The key to my design's simplicity, low cost and multiple switching functions is the new diaphragm material I chose to implement into the switch. The diaphragm is made of electrical conductive rubber. It is a simple rubber disc comprised of Nickel Coated Graphite Filled Silicone which can be produced with a vast variety of elasticity and thicknesses enabling this switch to work with an extremely low Pa to extremely high Pa. The limit on the high Pa would be limited only by the burst pressure of the switches body material. The diaphragm material could be produced in-house or purchased from a manufacturer, most of them offer it die-cut to your specs . I have included a Conductive-Rubber-Properties-Chart.pdf file showing specs on different thickness and elasticity etc. The thickness & elasticity would need to be determined for the target pressure range you are building the switch. So many Pa and PSI Variations could be offered by simply changing the diaphragm's specifications. 3. Flexibility / Multiple Functions . This switch will operate with Positive Pressure or Vacuum or Both [ such as in a sip / puff switch ] with full contact adjust-ability on Pres & Vac sides ! See .JPEG diagrams in the Wiring options folder ….located in the .zip file 4. Assembly method can be achieved in various ways, it can be ultrasonically welded, glued or utilizing the 4 corner recessed mounting holes, it can be riveted or screwed together. If welded or glued together, the end user has the option of using the 4 holes to mount the switch to sheet metal, a PCB etc, etc... 5. The switch a
