Multi-Grip Lat Pulldown bar. Cut from 10mm or 3/8" steel plate with laser/plasma. You could also fairly easily make it by hand - just print the DXF out, stick it to a piece of suitable steel (100mm/4" wide flat bar works and costs -nothing-), drill all your holes then grind to shape.
