This project is a submission for the 7/16/17 tinkercad & myminifactory designing competition. This project falls under the theme 3 category “furniture.”
As a maker I try to find problems and solve them. This project might not directly be a piece of furniture but it is an accessory for furniture.
This is a practical cup holder designed to clamp onto almost any surface to prevent spills. I can’t count the number of paper documents I have ruined with my morning coffee and clumsiness. I constantly am knocking my cup over with my elbow. This design will prevent any future spills. It latches onto my desk and other surfaces. It holds my cup of coffee, soda, water, etc… so that if I bump it, it does not spill. It also keeps it a safe distance from my valuables on the table, so if I really hit it hard it will only spill on the floor.
