Multiboard Accessories carousel holder

ries_o had remixed the Ikea Skadis Drill Bit Carousel (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6464619) to create a holder for multiboard.
It's an excelent idea, and I use it as inspiration to design a carousel for 16 Screwdriver Bit.

I also redesign the original "Multiboard_Drill_Bit_carousel_holder.stl" file, because the hooks are not joined to the body, and after printing, the hooks come off.

I didn't succeed to use any link to the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6464619 with the thingiverse interface to give credit to ries_o.

Added another Carousel with 23 locations
