This is a wireless home music receiver originally designed for my kids to listen to music wirelessly via NFS or internet radio. At the moment I have made 2 pieces. The first one has already been working without problems for over 1 year.
Printing:
Use ABS plastic with a printing temperature of 230 degrees and a heated bed of 80 degrees. It is better to use 100% infill for stiffness, but options are possible. Any color can be used except "Face_bezel.stl", which must be transparent to allow light from the LEDs and signals from the infrared remote control to pass through. The parts can be processed after printing, I glued the cracks and painted black after putty. If the print quality is high, then you do not need to paint.
The assembly is shown in the video ► https://youtu.be/lL6zzCLZ9Yc
Screws required for assembly:
2,5x10
2,5x16
2,5x35
The front panel is assembled with a false panel and is simply clamped by the base and cover, which are tightened with screws. All detailed ins
