You must print the main rod with a 0.8mm thick wall. This will give you a 0.1mm tolerance for fitting it on the main plate.

I picked up the nut and bolt from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647

I also upload the solidworks files, so that you can modify something if you want to.
