MulToo MT2 Single Extruder Mount

I was able to get a hold of the STL file for the MT2 S/B from MulToo, however the STL's they sent me were not matching what was shipped to me. Not sure if it's the correct version or what.

I took their file into TinkerCad and removed the additional material so my MT2 S could direct fit this.

Additional options was that I took NvigR8's remix of the MT1.5's extruder mount and added his ability to accept an E3D V6 hotend.

There's a few things that need to be fixed, but I haven't printed the other parts to make them align just properly.
