Dual counter to keep track of both Munchkin player levels+buffs and monster levels+buffs. Handy during those level-9-go-for-the-win combats.

Modified version of Foobadoo's design to allow for easier printing, more room to move wheels, clips to hold the top piece in place, & angled window for easier viewing angles
