Murph Challenge 2021 keychains

Murph Challenge keychains for our Memorial day 2021 event. (In case it isn't obvious the outside shape is a 5.11 plate carrier)

I'm including the Solidworks 2019 file in case you want to edit it.

I printed the Murph logo side down on the Prusa smooth sheet to get a nice smooth-as-glass finish. The top side was ironed in Prusaslicer settings but isn't quite as nice as the bed side.

With ironing print time was 39 minutes. Without ironing I think it was 23 minutes.

Obviously some color changes were thrown in.

I bought the carabiners and keychain parts as a set of 20 from Amazon for $10.
