MUTANT Marker Plotter

This is a marker plotter design that works with the Wham Bam Systems MUTANT that can turn your 3D printer into a pen plotter to use a Sharpie to draw on t-shirts or other objects.


Important: On many printers, the firmware requires a thermistor to be in place and if it is missing, the printer will eventually throw an error such as ERR: MIN_TEMP. To get around this on a MUTANT mobile plate, there are two methods.

Method 1 - This is recommended by Wham Bam. You simply need to put just a bare thermistor with short wires screwed into the same terminal connections that you normally use for your hotend when it is mounted. (If you are using my standards, this is terminal C and D.).

Method 2 - If you wish to use a 3D printed Dummy mobile plate, then you will need to wire in a thermistor and small switch into cover so that a thermistor can be switched in when your
