Hi everyone, Here Vladimir Garzon Morales with proposal for a Mechanical Ventilator MV219 which is straightforwardly manufacturable, low-priced and will meet the standards for medical devices. The main features of this design are: - Simplicity: Low number of components, 3D printable parts and modules off the shelf. - Trustworthy: A set of relief valves, check valves, mixing and piston valves will control the exact amount of air as per user requirements. - Security: Interchangeable disposable filters will assure air quality required for the patient. Major Components: CO2 sensor Check Valves Dehumidifier Electrical Heater Flow Meter Flow Control Valve Inline Air Exhaust Inline Air Filter Membrane Compressor Mixing Valve Pressure Regulator Pressure Sensor Piston Valve Relief Valve Solenoid Servo Motor Temperature Sensor Arduino Raspberry Pi P&ID Schematic and manufacturing drawing (1 specimen) attached for information.
