MX5 NB 8" Speaker Mount

Mounting bracket to install 8" speaker into the NB (mk2/ 2.5) MX-5. The bracket also has a little hood to divert any water that may get into the car to help protect your new speakers ;)

The mounting holes in the door already line up nicely with an 8" speaker but I found the hole in the door wasn't large enough for the speaker to sit flush. The mount just raises the speaker slightly to allow it to be installed properly.

Also I had to sand down the speaker grill ribs in the door covers to get a nice fit.
