I designed this replacement input jack washer in Tinkercad after my original one broke on my MXR Fuzz Face Mini pedal. I modeled it to be as close as I could to the original washer that comes stock with the pedal.
It should fit most standard stompbox-style input/output jacks (¼" audio jacks), keeping them secure and preventing wobble.

Based on the MXR Fuzz Face Mini washer dimensions.
Modeled in Tinkercad for easy sharing and printing.
Works with guitar pedals, stompboxes, and effects units using standard jack washers.
Tested on a Fuzz Face Mini (see photo).
Print Settings
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 100% (for strength)
Supports: Not required
Material: PLA / PETG
Notes
For best durability, print in PETG or ABS. PLA works fine but may wear out faster.
