I haven't uploaded in a while, so here is a copy of my brain. Print it out and place it in a robot, and it will make 3D models for you and post them here! ;)
I recently got an MRI to check for brain masses (all clear!), and the doctor, noting me as the curious type, mentioned I could get my data on a CD for free. So I did just that, then I used [this script](https://github.com/miykael/3dprintyourbrain) to convert the data (over the course of 16 hours) into a 3D recreation of the surface of my cortical and subcortical structures! I made a little stand for it, too!
If you want to do this with your own MRI data, the easiest way is to [use this Docker image I made](https://github.com/nimaid/mri2stl). It has all the dependencies for the above script (FSL, Freesurfer, a bunch of things from apt-get), plus additional tools and scripts to make the conversion process as painless as possible. The readme is also written for a non-technical user.
The `EGJ_brain.stl` and `EGJ_brain_stand.
