To make this work you need two ropes, one going through the bottom two holes and one going through the top two but thread both ropes in between a ring in the middle of the tube then tie knots on each end of both of the ropes now when the top two ropes are pulled the bottom two should be fully retracted same should happen on the other side then after that cut off the access rope, glue the caps on and now you have a mysterious thing to show to your friends!
